TraceLot

TraceLot is a lightweight web + mobile app for small manufacturers who need real lot/serial traceability, but can’t justify an ERP rollout. It lets you create lots for raw materials, link them to work orders, and automatically generate a “where-used / where-from” chain as items move through receiving, production, and shipping. Operators can scan QR codes on bins, WIP trays, and finished goods to record consumption and output in seconds. When a customer complaint or supplier recall hits, TraceLot produces an instant impact report: affected finished lots, customers shipped, remaining inventory, and quarantine actions. It also generates simple compliance-ready records (COA attachments, inspection notes, and digital sign-offs) without pretending to be a full MES. Brutal truth: this only wins if it stays dead-simple and integrates with whatever accounting/inventory tool they already use.
