TraceTriage
TraceTriage is a web app (with a lightweight JS snippet) that turns messy web performance data into a ranked list of the specific user journeys causing real revenue and support pain. Instead of drowning you in Core Web Vitals dashboards, it groups sessions into “journey templates” (e.g., Search → Product → Add to Cart → Checkout) and pinpoints where time is lost: third‑party scripts, API endpoints, long tasks, layout shifts, or cache misses. It connects performance to outcomes by letting you tag key events (signup, add-to-cart, payment) and then shows which journey slowdowns correlate with drop-offs. The MVP focuses on clarity: one prioritized queue of fixes with evidence, reproducible traces, and a “what changed” view after deploys. It’s not magic—data quality and sampling limits apply—but it can save teams hours of guesswork per incident.
