TrackBrief is a mobile + web app for track-day organizers to run mandatory driver meetings, tech/safety acknowledgements, and live flag/incident updates without herding people in a noisy paddock. Drivers check in via QR code, confirm car number/class, and complete a short rules/flags quiz and waiver acknowledgment before being cleared to grid. Organizers push session schedules, black-flag calls, and weather alerts in real time, with read-receipts and escalation for drivers who haven’t acknowledged. The app generates an audit trail (who acknowledged what and when) that’s useful for insurance and post-incident disputes. It also reduces staff workload: fewer paper waivers, fewer repeated briefings, fewer “I didn’t hear it” excuses. This is not glamorous lap-timing; it’s boring ops that prevents expensive problems.
