TrackRoster is a web + mobile app for racing/performance driving schools to manage enrollments, waivers, run groups, instructors, and on-track session flow in one place. Schools can sell seats online, auto-assign students into run groups based on experience and car class, and push real-time schedule updates to students’ phones. Digital waivers and check-in reduce morning bottlenecks, while an incident/black-flag log helps staff document issues fast. The “brutal truth”: most schools still run on spreadsheets, paper waivers, and group texts, which causes no-shows, mis-grouping, and wasted_toggle time. This app doesn’t try to “AI coach driving”; it focuses on operational reliability and safety documentation—things schools will actually pay for. Monetize per event or per school with add-ons for SMS, payments, and waiver storage.
