TrackTriage
TrackTriage is a mobile + web AI-assisted incident triage system for anti-poaching teams. Rangers, community scouts, and lodge staff can submit low-friction reports (tracks, snares, gunshots, carcasses, suspicious vehicles) with offline-first forms, photo/audio, and GPS. The app scores each report for urgency and credibility using a lightweight model plus rules (distance to waterholes, recent incidents, time of day, reporter reliability, and known access routes). A web dashboard turns these into a ranked patrol queue, heatmaps, and “next best patrol” suggestions that fit available staff, fuel, and daylight. It’s realistic about constraints: it won’t “predict poachers” magically; it simply helps teams stop losing time to noise, duplicated reports, and slow radio chains. Integrates with basic SMS/WhatsApp intake for areas where smartphones are limited, then consolidates everything into one operational picture.
