Users log tasks (e.g., wiring a circuit, replacing a valve, TIG weld setup) with short videos/photos, tool lists, and safety checklists. The AI helps structure entries into competency units aligned to common frameworks (employer standards, union checklists, or school rubrics) and flags missing evidence before assessments. Supervisors/instructors can review, request rework, and digitally sign off on competencies with time-stamped attestations. For training providers, it generates audit-ready reports and progress dashboards without drowning staff in paperwork.
