Instead of vague “green jobs” promises, it ingests local job postings, union apprenticeship requirements, wage ranges, and commute constraints, then maps a step-by-step pathway: what role you can qualify for, what gaps you have, the cheapest/fastest training options, and the likely pay dip (if any). It also includes a benefits and bridge-support checklist (unemployment, training stipends, relocation, childcare) and a simple case-management view for workforce agencies and nonprofits to track progress. The product is blunt about outcomes: if the local market is weak, it says so and recommends alternatives (remote work, adjacent trades, or relocation) with clear tradeoffs.
