TradeoffDeck is a web + mobile app that turns priority management into a fast, repeatable decision ritual. Instead of endless lists, it uses “forced-choice” comparisons: you pit two tasks or initiatives against each other with a clear constraint (time, revenue impact, risk, deadline), and the app builds a ranked backlog from your choices. It supports personal tasks and team roadmaps, with lightweight scoring rules (RICE/ICE/custom) and a “capacity bar” that makes overcommitment obvious. An AI assistant can summarize messy inputs (notes, Slack snippets, meeting bullets) into candidate tasks and suggest the minimum set of comparisons needed to reach a stable ranking, but it never pretends to know your strategy. Export to Jira/Linear/Asana once the ranking is locked. The goal is fewer priorities, chosen faster, with a clear audit trail of why.
