TradeoffMap

TradeoffMap is an AI-assisted decision workspace for integrative thinking: it forces you to lay out goals, constraints, stakeholders, and second-order effects before you commit. You build a “decision map” (options vs. criteria), assign weights, and capture assumptions with confidence levels. The AI helps by proposing missing criteria, surfacing hidden stakeholders, generating counterarguments, and stress-testing your logic with scenario variations. It also maintains a lightweight decision journal: what you decided, why, what you expected, and what actually happened—so you can calibrate judgment over time. This is not a magic oracle; it’s structured thinking with guardrails. The product is a web app (with a mobile companion for quick edits and reviews) aimed at teams and individuals who routinely make high-stakes, ambiguous decisions and want fewer regrets and better post-mortems.
