TradeTrace

TradeTrace is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) that helps small-to-mid broker-dealers, prop shops, and crypto venues run practical market-abuse surveillance without buying a six-figure enterprise suite. It ingests trades, orders, and basic market data, then runs a focused library of rule scenarios (spoofing-like patterns, wash trading indicators, marking-the-close, layering, insider-risk red flags based on restricted lists). It generates explainable alerts with evidence bundles (time-synced order book snapshots, participant IDs, and narrative summaries) and a simple case-management workflow for compliance review, escalation, and SAR/STR preparation. It’s not a magic “catch all manipulation” product; it’s a realistic, configurable baseline that produces defensible documentation and reduces manual spreadsheet investigations. The AI component is limited to summarizing cases, clustering similar alerts, and suggesting next investigative steps, not making final determinations.
