TrailPulse

TrailPulse is a mobile + web AI app that helps wildlife professionals and serious outdoor users anticipate animal movement and migration behavior at a local scale. It blends public telemetry datasets (where available), weather, vegetation greenness, water availability, and user-submitted sightings into a simple “movement likelihood” map and alert system for specific species and regions. The app is not a scientific oracle: it clearly labels confidence, data sources, and uncertainty so users don’t over-trust it. The MVP focuses on a handful of well-instrumented species/regions (e.g., elk/deer in select states, key bird flyways) to avoid the common trap of promising global coverage with weak data. Revenue comes from subscriptions for advanced layers, exports, and team features for researchers, land managers, and consultants. It’s useful, but only where data density is decent—otherwise it will feel empty.
