TrailTriage is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) for off-roaders who want fast, practical troubleshooting when something goes wrong on the trail. Users log their vehicle setup (tires, lift, lockers, gearing, armor) and common symptoms (overheating at low speed, steering wobble, brake fade, drivetrain clunks, winch issues). The app guides them through a step-by-step decision tree that works offline, using short checklists, photos, and simple tests that don’t require a shop. It also includes a “carry kit” planner that recommends spares and tools based on vehicle, trip length, and remoteness. An AI layer can interpret a photo/video/audio clip (e.g., leak location, belt squeal, CV click) to suggest likely causes—clearly labeled as probabilistic, not guaranteed. The goal is fewer ruined trips, fewer expensive tow-outs, and safer decisions.
