TransitionKit

TransitionKit is a mobile + web app (traditional app with light AI) that helps teachers run consistent, timed classroom transitions with minimal fuss. Teachers build a “transition library” (e.g., clean-up, line-up, centers rotation) with a visual timer, audio cue, and on-screen steps. The app runs on the teacher’s phone while optionally casting to a classroom display via a web link. It logs how long transitions actually take and flags which ones routinely run over, then suggests small tweaks (shorter steps, different cue, staggered release) using AI based on the teacher’s notes—not student surveillance. The honest value: it won’t magically fix behavior problems, but it will reduce the chaos caused by unclear expectations and inconsistent timing. It’s designed to be quicker than making slides, more reliable than random YouTube timers, and less bloated than full classroom management suites.
