TransitTally

TransitTally is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop collector) that reconciles IP transit and peering bills against what actually traversed your links. It ingests SNMP/streaming telemetry (interface counters), NetFlow/sFlow/IPFIX samples, and provider invoices (PDF/CSV), then normalizes everything into a single timeline: 95th percentile, commit, burst, overage, and per-link utilization. The app flags common billing gotchas: wrong interface mapping, double-counted LAG members, timezone misalignment, sampling bias, and “mystery” traffic that appears on invoices but not on your edge. It produces dispute-ready reports with raw counter evidence and a clear narrative, plus alerts when you’re trending toward overage or when a peering link is underutilized relative to paid transit. This is a traditional app with a small AI component for invoice parsing and anomaly explanation.
