TreatyProof

TreatyProof is a web app (with optional desktop uploader) that helps companies and advisors assemble, validate, and store the documentation needed to claim reduced withholding under tax treaties. Instead of being a treaty “database,” it focuses on the messy operational reality: collecting residency certificates, beneficial ownership statements, limitation-on-benefits (LOB) checklists, payer forms, and payment-level evidence, then producing a standardized “evidence pack” per counterparty, country pair, and payment stream. The app guides users through jurisdiction-specific document requirements, flags missing/expired items, and maintains a timeline of changes (entity restructures, address changes, tax ID updates). It also generates a concise audit narrative and a shareable link for payers or internal AP teams. An AI layer can draft checklists and narratives from uploaded documents, but the core value is workflow, controls, and defensibility rather than “answers.”
