TreatyPulse
TreatyPulse is a web app (traditional + AI) that turns international agreements into a living, trackable obligations ledger. It ingests treaties, COP decisions, UN resolutions, and communiqués, then extracts who promised what, by when, with what reporting requirements. Users get a timeline of obligations, status indicators, and evidence links (official reports, national submissions, verified datasets). The AI layer proposes obligation extraction and maps clauses to standardized categories, but every claim is auditable with citations and human review workflows. The product is built for teams who currently track commitments in spreadsheets and lose context across versions, annexes, and meeting outcomes. It also flags “quiet changes” between drafts and highlights missed reporting deadlines. Realistically, the hard part is data quality and trust: the app wins only if it is relentlessly sourced, transparent, and boringly accurate.
