TreatyPulse
TreatyPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that monitors international law sources and turns them into actionable alerts for practitioners. It tracks treaty status changes (ratifications, reservations, withdrawals), key ICJ/ITLOS/WTO decisions, UN Security Council resolutions, and sanctions/regulatory updates across jurisdictions. Users set “matters” (e.g., a country pair, sector, treaty, or dispute topic) and receive concise change summaries with citations, links to primary sources, and a timeline view for auditability. An AI layer drafts plain-language impact notes and flags potential conflicts (e.g., new reservation affecting an arbitration clause), but the product is built around verifiable sources and human-review workflows. Realistically, this wins only if it’s faster and more reliable than manual monitoring and generic news feeds.
