TreeDiff

TreeDiff is a web app (with a lightweight browser extension) that snapshots your site or product navigation and compares it over time, highlighting what changed and what it likely impacts. It crawls menus, breadcrumbs, internal links, and key hub pages, then builds a versioned “IA tree” you can diff like code. When a label changes, a page moves, or a section disappears, TreeDiff flags downstream risks: broken paths, orphaned pages, duplicated categories, and SEO/internal-search fallout. It generates a plain-English change report you can paste into tickets, plus a checklist for QA and content owners. This is not a magic redesign tool; it’s a guardrail that reduces accidental IA regressions during continuous releases. Best fit is teams shipping weekly who keep losing track of navigation drift across environments and locales.
