TreeTriage
TreeTriage is a mobile + web AI app for cities, campuses, and property managers to quickly assess and prioritize urban tree risk and maintenance. Staff or residents snap guided photos (trunk base, canopy, lean, nearby targets) and the app generates a conservative risk flag, likely issues (deadwood, root heave, decay indicators), and a recommended next action (monitor, prune, arborist inspection, urgent closure). It builds a living map of street trees with condition history, work orders, and after-storm checklists. The app is intentionally not a “diagnose from a photo” gimmick: it focuses on triage, documentation, and routing to qualified arborists, reducing liability and speeding response after storms. Reporting is exportable for insurance, council briefings, and budget planning, with simple KPIs like high-risk trees near schools, repeat incidents, and time-to-mitigation.
