TriageRights is a mobile + web app that helps patients document and escalate potential right-to-health violations: denied emergency care, discriminatory treatment, illegal fees, refusal of essential medicines, or unsafe discharge. Users log incidents with time-stamped notes, photos, audio, and location, then generate a structured “case packet” tailored to their country/state (complaint templates, regulator contacts, hospital ombudsman routes, and deadlines). The app includes a plain-language checklist for what to ask for at the point of care (e.g., written denial reason, triage category, itemized estimate) and a secure vault for medical records. An AI assistant can summarize events into a factual timeline and flag missing evidence—without giving medical advice. Reality check: it won’t magically win disputes; it makes complaints clearer, faster, and harder to ignore.
