TriageScribe is a web + mobile AI app that helps frontline clinicians convert messy symptom narratives into a structured, evidence-linked differential diagnosis and workup plan. It ingests patient-reported symptoms, vitals, basic labs, meds, and red-flag history, then produces: (1) a ranked differential with reasoning, (2) “must-not-miss” conditions, (3) suggested next questions/exams, and (4) guideline-cited test recommendations. It’s designed for urgent care, ED fast-track, and primary care where time pressure and documentation burden cause missed signals. The product is not a standalone diagnostic device; it’s a decision-support and documentation accelerator with clear uncertainty estimates and “when to escalate” triggers. Output is formatted directly into a SOAP note and can be exported to the EHR. Realistically, adoption depends on trust, workflow fit, and strong medico-legal guardrails.
