TriageTape
TriageTape is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams companion) that automatically records a time-ordered “incident tape” from the tools you already use: alerts, chat messages, deploy events, status page updates, and key dashboards. During an incident, it creates a single live timeline with who decided what, when, and based on which signals—without asking engineers to manually take notes. After resolution, it generates a clean post-incident packet: timeline, contributing changes, top signals, and a draft action-item list mapped to owners. This is not a full replacement for PagerDuty/ops suites; it’s a lightweight layer that makes incidents easier to run and far easier to learn from. The product wins only if it’s dead-simple to connect, fast to search, and trustworthy enough that teams actually use it during real outages.
