TriageTots is a mobile + web app for pediatric clinicians that standardizes acute visit documentation and safety-netting. It guides you through age-specific red flags (fever in infants, dehydration, respiratory distress, head injury, abdominal pain) and produces a concise, defensible note with tailored discharge instructions and return precautions. It’s not trying to “diagnose”; it’s a workflow tool that reduces cognitive load and variability, especially in urgent care and ED settings where pediatric volume is sporadic. The app includes weight-based vitals/threshold prompts, auto-calculated risk checklists, and quick order/plan templates mapped to common chief complaints. An optional AI layer can summarize the clinician’s free-text into structured fields and suggest missing elements, but the clinician remains in control. Expect pushback if it slows visits—speed and trust are everything.
