TrialTextHub is a web + mobile app that helps trial courts reduce no-shows and last-minute continuances by sending compliant, auditable SMS reminders and two-way confirmations to defendants, jurors, witnesses, and attorneys. Courts can configure message templates by case type (traffic, misdemeanor, civil), include courthouse directions, remote-hearing links, required documents, and check-in instructions, and automatically stop messages when a case is continued or resolved. The system logs every outbound/inbound message with timestamps for public-record retention and exports reports for administrators. It integrates with common case management systems via file import/API and supports multilingual messaging. This is not glamorous, but it targets a measurable operational problem: missed appearances cost courts time, money, and credibility. The product lives or dies on reliability, deliverability, and compliance—not fancy features.
