TrialTissue

TrialTissue is a web app (with a companion mobile app) for regenerative medicine clinical teams to track, reconcile, and audit chain-of-identity and chain-of-custody for patient-derived tissues and cell therapy materials across sites, couriers, and labs. It replaces spreadsheets and email threads with standardized intake forms, barcode/QR scanning, temperature/time excursion logging, and real-time discrepancy resolution (missing labels, mismatched IDs, incomplete consent metadata). An AI layer flags likely errors before they become protocol deviations, suggests corrective actions aligned to SOP templates, and auto-generates audit-ready reports for monitors and quality teams. This is not a full LIMS replacement; it’s a lightweight “last-mile” operational layer focused on sample movement and documentation, where most preventable mistakes happen. Integrations with common EDC/CTMS systems are optional, not required for MVP.
