TrialTriage

TrialTriage is a mobile + web AI-assisted side-effect triage and documentation app for people starting a new medication. Users log symptoms in under 30 seconds (severity, timing, triggers, photos if relevant) and the app compares them against known adverse-effect patterns from trusted drug labels and pharmacovigilance sources. It then outputs a plain-language risk tier (self-care, call pharmacist, urgent care/ER) with clear “why” and a shareable summary for clinicians. It also flags dangerous combinations (e.g., rash + fever after certain drugs) and helps users generate a concise message for their prescriber. Brutal truth: this cannot replace medical advice and liability is real, so it must be positioned as decision support with conservative escalation and strong disclaimers. The value is speed, structure, and better conversations with clinicians—especially when patients feel dismissed or unsure.
