TrialTriage is a web + mobile AI-assisted app that helps clinicians and research coordinators quickly match patients to clinical trials using structured EHR exports and a short patient questionnaire. It ingests inclusion/exclusion criteria from trial registries, normalizes messy eligibility language into computable rules, and produces a ranked shortlist with clear “why eligible / why not” explanations. The app also generates a patient-friendly summary and a coordinator checklist (required labs, imaging, washout periods) to reduce back-and-forth. This is not magic: it won’t replace coordinator judgment, and it will miss edge cases when criteria are vague or data is missing. The value is speed, consistency, and documentation—especially for busy oncology, cardiology, and rare-disease clinics where trial options change constantly and manual screening is a time sink.
