TrialTriage is a web + mobile AI-assisted oncology clinical trial matching tool for busy clinics. It ingests a patient’s structured EHR data (diagnosis, stage, biomarkers, prior lines, labs) plus key unstructured notes, then pre-screens against ClinicalTrials.gov and sponsor feeds to produce a ranked shortlist with clear inclusion/exclusion rationale and missing-data flags. It generates a one-page “trial readiness” packet for the oncologist and research coordinator, including questions to confirm eligibility and a checklist for required tests. It’s not a magic button: it won’t replace coordinators or guarantee enrollment, and it will be wrong sometimes. The value is speed, transparency, and fewer missed opportunities. The MVP focuses on a limited set of tumor types (e.g., NSCLC, breast, CRC) and supports manual confirmation workflows to stay realistic and safe.
