TribalVault

TribalVault is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that captures and operationalizes expertise before it walks out the door. It lets teams record short “how we do it” workflows from SMEs via quick prompts, screen recordings, and lightweight templates, then converts them into structured playbooks with steps, prerequisites, owners, and verification checks. An AI layer drafts summaries, tags, and suggested SOP structure, but every playbook must be reviewed and versioned to be considered “trusted.” The app focuses on keeping knowledge current: it pings owners on a schedule, detects stale content based on tool changes (links, screenshots, integrations), and tracks usage and success rates. Search is optimized for real work (“how do I close a refund exception in X system?”) and returns the most validated answer first, not the loudest. It integrates with Slack/Teams and SSO so adoption friction is low.
