TriggerMap

TriggerMap is a mobile + web AI app that helps people identify the specific situations that cause them to break healthy routines (late-night snacking, skipped workouts, doomscrolling, alcohol on weekdays). Instead of generic habit tracking, it focuses on “trigger forensics”: quick check-ins capture context (time, location, stress, sleep, social setting), then the app surfaces patterns like “you overeat after <6h sleep + meetings” or “you drink when you’re with X friends on Thursdays.” It then offers small, realistic counter-moves (pre-commitment scripts, environment tweaks, substitution plans) and lets users run 7-day experiments to test what actually works. It integrates with Apple Health/Google Fit for sleep/activity signals, but keeps manual input lightweight. The goal is fewer promises, more evidence: users learn their personal failure modes and build prevention plans that fit real life.
