TriggerMap

TriggerMap is a mobile + web AI-assisted PTSD/trauma self-management app focused on one thing most apps do poorly: identifying what actually sets you off in real life. Users log episodes in under 30 seconds (where, who, what happened, body sensations, intensity). The app passively pulls context you already generate (calendar location history if you opt in, sleep from wearables, time-of-day) and turns it into a simple “trigger likelihood” map and weekly pattern report. It then suggests grounded, evidence-based micro-interventions (breathing, 5-4-3-2-1, urge surfing, safety planning) and lets you build a personalized “If X then Y” plan. It is not therapy and it won’t pretend to diagnose you; it’s a practical tracker + pattern engine. Privacy is the product: end-to-end encryption, local-first storage option, and clear data controls.
