TriggerTally

TriggerTally is a mobile AI + traditional tracking app for people with recurring pain who are tired of guessing what causes flare-ups. Users log quick “micro-entries” (pain level, location, sleep quality, stress, activity, food, meds, weather exposure, menstrual cycle, posture/desk time) in under 30 seconds. The app pulls passive context (local weather/pressure, step count, calendar workload) and uses simple, explainable models to surface likely triggers and protective factors—without pretending to diagnose. It generates weekly “what changed?” reports, suggests small experiments (e.g., reduce late caffeine for 7 days), and tracks whether the experiment helped. It also exports a clean one-page summary for clinicians, which is often what patients struggle to produce. This is not a miracle cure; it’s a practical tool to reduce uncertainty and shorten the trial-and-error loop.
