TriggerTriage

TriggerTriage is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps people reduce emotional blowups by capturing “micro-logs” in under 15 seconds and turning them into practical, repeatable regulation plans. Instead of generic mood tracking, it focuses on what actually drives dysregulation: trigger, body signal, thought, context, and what you did next. The app then surfaces patterns (e.g., specific people, times, sleep debt, alcohol, meetings) and suggests a small set of evidence-based “if-then” scripts (DBT/CBT-inspired) you can rehearse. A weekly review produces a one-page plan: top triggers, early warning signs, and the 3 interventions that worked best for you. It’s not therapy, and it won’t “fix” deep issues, but it can measurably reduce frequency and intensity of episodes for users who will actually log consistently.
