TrimProof is a web + mobile app for bespoke car commissions that turns a messy email/WhatsApp process into a controlled, auditable spec workflow. Clients and dealers configure options (paint, leather, stitching, carbon, wheels, bespoke requests) with clear constraints, pricing deltas, and lead-time impacts. Every change creates a signed “spec snapshot” that can be approved by client, dealer principal, and coachbuilder/manufacturer rep, reducing disputes when the delivered car doesn’t match expectations. It also centralizes reference images, material swatches, and supplier notes, and generates a clean build sheet plus a client-facing timeline. AI assists by flagging incompatible combinations, spotting missing approvals, and summarizing long message threads into actionable tasks. This is not a design toy; it’s a compliance-grade commissioning record that protects everyone when money and reputations are on the line.
