TripConfirm

TripConfirm is a mobile + web app for dial-a-ride agencies to reduce costly no-shows and late cancellations by making rider confirmations dead-simple and trackable. Riders get automated reminders via SMS/voice call/app push with one-tap (or keypad) confirm/cancel, plus an option to request a different pickup window. Dispatchers see a live “confidence queue” that flags unconfirmed trips and suggests outreach order based on rider history, pickup criticality (medical, work), and time-to-pickup. The system also supports caregiver contacts and multilingual prompts for riders who struggle with apps. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional scheduling integrations and messaging, with AI used to predict no-show risk and recommend interventions. It’s realistic because it doesn’t try to replace scheduling/dispatch systems; it bolts onto what agencies already use and focuses on measurable savings.
