TripShield

TripShield is a mobile app (with a lightweight web portal) that automatically records verifiable trip evidence for gig drivers, couriers, and riders: route, timestamps, stops, and key events like cancellations, long waits, or unsafe detours. It generates a shareable “trip receipt” that can be used to dispute unfair deactivations, wrong pay adjustments, false complaints, or delivery fraud. The app runs in the background, minimizes battery use, and lets users mark incidents with one tap (e.g., “customer not present,” “unsafe pickup,” “vehicle issue”). It also provides a simple dispute workflow: attach the receipt, add notes, and export to PDF or platform support channels. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes the trip timeline, highlights anomalies, and drafts dispute messages, but the core value is trustworthy logging and easy export.
