TruceDraft
TruceDraft helps people send conflict-heavy messages (to partners, coworkers, roommates) without escalating. You paste your draft or describe the situation, and the app generates 3 rewrite options: direct, warm, and firm. It flags likely triggers (blame language, absolutes, mind-reading), suggests a clearer ask, and adds a short “repair line” when appropriate. It also includes a quick pre-send checklist (goal, boundary, ask, consequence) and a “cool-down timer” that nudges you to wait if your tone reads as reactive. This is not therapy and it won’t fix toxic relationships; it’s a practical writing tool for moments when you’re about to hit send and regret it. Works best for text/email/Slack-style communication where wording is the main problem.
