TruceNote is a web + mobile AI app that helps employees and managers handle workplace conflict with less drama and more evidence. It guides users through a private, structured “incident note” in 3 minutes: what happened, who was present, exact quotes, impact, and what you want to happen next. The AI then generates two outputs: (1) a calm, professional message you can send to the other person, and (2) a timeline-style log you can export for HR or your manager if things escalate. It also includes a “reality check” mode that flags risky language, potential policy violations (harassment, retaliation), and suggests safer phrasing. Brutal truth: most conflict tools fail because people won’t use them consistently; this one wins by being quick, discreet, and immediately useful the moment something goes sideways.
