TruceTable is a mobile + web AI-assisted conversation tool for families stuck in recurring conflict (money, caregiving, boundaries, inheritance, parenting styles). It guides users through a short “issue intake,” then generates a neutral agenda, time-boxed speaking turns, and ground rules tailored to the family’s dynamics. During a live session (in-person or video), it prompts each person to summarize the other’s point before responding, flags escalating language, and suggests de-escalation scripts. Afterward, it produces a written “agreement draft” with specific next steps, owners, and dates—plus a private reflection check-in for each participant. It’s not therapy and won’t pretend to be; it’s a practical facilitation layer for families who won’t book a mediator but still need structure. Monetization: subscription for families, plus one-time “conflict session packs.”
