Operators get a simple dashboard to post today’s route, pause orders when slammed, mark items sold out, and push “I’m here” pings. The app focuses on reliability over hype: fewer listings, higher accuracy. It also supports “follow a truck” alerts and neighborhood discovery for lunch crowds. Monetization is straightforward: operator subscriptions for visibility tools and optional sponsored placement, with strict caps so the map doesn’t turn into ads.
