TrueMirror

TrueMirror is a mobile AI app that helps users practice authenticity in daily life without turning it into vague “self-love” fluff. You log moments where you felt fake, people-pleased, or performed (work meetings, dating, family). The app asks short, structured questions to identify the “mask” you wore (e.g., Fixer, Nice One, Overachiever), what you were protecting, and what you actually wanted to say. It then generates a realistic “next time” script in your voice and a tiny exposure challenge (one sentence, one boundary, one honest ask). Over time it builds an “Authenticity Scorecard” showing patterns by person, setting, and emotion—so you can stop repeating the same self-betrayal loops. It’s private by default, with local-first journaling and optional encrypted sync. This is not therapy, but it is practical behavior change.
