TrustBadge is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps online retailers cut chargebacks by automatically collecting and packaging the evidence banks actually accept. It connects to Shopify/WooCommerce, payment processors, and shipping carriers to capture delivery scans, address validation results, customer communication, device/session signals, and post-purchase events. When a dispute hits, TrustBadge generates a ready-to-submit “dispute pack” tailored to the reason code, with a checklist of missing items and one-click exports for Stripe/PayPal/Adyen workflows. It also flags risky orders pre-fulfillment using simple rules plus lightweight AI anomaly detection (not magic fraud prevention), so merchants can add verification steps before shipping. The goal is practical: increase win rates, reduce manual admin time, and create an audit trail that stands up to issuer scrutiny.
