TrustChangelog

TrustChangelog is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integrations) that helps organizations publish consistent, verifiable internal and external updates without the chaos of scattered docs and ad-hoc announcements. Teams create “transparency entries” (policy changes, incident summaries, roadmap shifts, financial highlights, KPI snapshots) using structured templates, approvals, and required fields (owner, impact, evidence links). Each entry generates a timestamped changelog with an audit trail, version history, and a public/private toggle. The app focuses on making reporting repeatable: scheduled reporting cycles, reminders, and a simple dashboard showing what’s overdue, what’s pending approval, and what’s been published. It also supports lightweight redaction workflows so legal/compliance can approve sensitive updates without blocking everything. This is not a magic culture-fixer; it’s a practical system that reduces “we forgot to tell people” and “who approved this?” failures.
