TrustLedger
TrustLedger is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) that helps users rebuild self-trust by tracking tiny, explicit commitments and their follow-through. Instead of vague habit streaks, you write a “promise” with a clear definition of done, a realistic time window, and a confidence rating. The app pushes you to renegotiate early (not fail late): if you’re unlikely to do it, you must either rescope, reschedule, or consciously cancel with a reason. Each outcome updates a simple “Self-Trust Score” based on consistency and honesty, not perfection. Weekly reviews show patterns: overcommitting, avoidance triggers, and which promise types you actually keep. An AI coach summarizes your week, flags unrealistic promises, and suggests smaller next commitments. This is not therapy; it’s a practical accountability ledger designed to make your word to yourself measurable and believable again.
