TrustTithe is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for church administration focused on the messiest, most sensitive area: money handling and reporting. It helps churches track donations, restricted funds, reimbursements, vendor payments, and budget vs. actuals without forcing them into full corporate accounting software. The app generates board-ready finance packets, audit trails, and donor statements, and it standardizes approval workflows so “who authorized what” is never ambiguous. It also supports multi-campus and ministry-specific fund tracking, reducing spreadsheet chaos and end-of-year panic. This is a traditional app with light AI assistance: AI helps categorize transactions, flag anomalies, and draft narrative summaries for finance committee reports, but humans stay in control. The goal is not flashy features; it’s fewer errors, faster close, and less risk.
