TrustTuner
TrustTuner is a web + desktop app for teams building service and industrial robots who need to validate human-robot interaction before field deployment. It connects to a robot (ROS 2 or vendor SDK), runs short scripted interaction trials, and captures synchronized telemetry (robot state, timing, proximity), video, and quick user feedback prompts. The app automatically scores interaction quality (e.g., hesitation, startle events, personal-space violations, unclear intent) and flags the exact moments that caused trust drops. It then suggests concrete, testable adjustments—like motion profile tweaks, turn-taking timing, speech/LED cue changes, and safety-distance parameters—so engineers can iterate fast. This is not a consumer toy; it’s a pragmatic QA and productization tool for HRI that reduces costly on-site failures, support tickets, and safety review churn. Expect some setup friction (sensors, calibration), but the payoff is fewer surprises in pilots.
