TryoutRadar is a mobile + web app for coaches and scouts who run recurring tryouts and camps but still rely on spreadsheets, clipboards, and scattered video links. It centralizes athlete registration, consent/waivers, measurable testing (timed sprints, jumps, strength metrics), and structured evaluator scorecards so you can compare athletes fairly across sessions. The app supports quick video capture with tagged moments and standardized notes, then generates a simple ranked shortlist per position with “why” explanations tied to your rubric. It also tracks follow-ups: contact status, eligibility checks, and next-step tasks (invite, second look, offer). This is not a magic “find the next star” tool—it's an operations and decision-quality upgrade that reduces admin work and makes evaluations more consistent, especially when multiple evaluators are involved.
