TuitionAid

TuitionAid is a web app (with optional mobile admin companion) for religious schools that struggle with tuition assistance, family discounts, and inconsistent payment follow-up. It centralizes applications for aid, collects required documents, and routes cases to a small committee with role-based access and an audit trail. Families get a simple portal to submit info, see award decisions, and set up payment plans without endless phone calls. The system generates award letters, syncs charges to the school’s billing ledger, and triggers reminders for missing documents and overdue balances. It’s not trying to replace a full SIS—just the messy financial workflow that often lives in spreadsheets and email. It includes light AI assistance to flag incomplete applications, detect likely data inconsistencies, and draft parent communications, but keeps humans in control for decisions.
