TurbineLog is a web + mobile app for small-to-mid hydropower operators to track equipment health, maintenance, and compliance without buying a full-blown enterprise EAM/SCADA suite. It centralizes inspections for turbines, gates, penstocks, and generators; logs vibration/oil/temperature readings; schedules recurring tasks; and produces audit-ready reports for regulators and insurers. An AI layer can flag abnormal trends from manual readings and imported historian/SCADA exports (CSV), suggesting likely failure modes and which checks to run next. Reality check: it won’t replace SCADA or predict failures perfectly; it’s a lightweight “maintenance operating system” that makes teams consistent, reduces missed tasks, and shortens troubleshooting. It’s designed for plants with lean staffing, aging assets, and fragmented spreadsheets, where reliability gains come from disciplined execution more than fancy forecasting.
