TurnCheck is a mobile + web app for small-to-mid car-sharing operators to reduce late returns and messy handoffs. It combines automated “return readiness” checklists (fuel/charge level, cleanliness, key/phone mount presence, damage photos) with smart scheduling buffers and escalating nudges to the current driver. The system predicts which reservations are likely to run late using simple signals (historical behavior, trip length vs. remaining time, past buffer usage, local traffic/weather) and triggers interventions: earlier reminders, one-tap extension offers, and automatic rebooking suggestions for the next renter. Operators get a live turnaround dashboard showing which cars are at risk, who needs outreach, and which upcoming bookings should be proactively shifted. This is not a consumer marketplace; it’s operational software that plugs into existing booking flows and focuses on fleet reliability and fewer support calls.
